from a 32inch to currently a 28.5 inch... i can definitely say tat i am happie with the results... haha... tat take me ard 3mths to do so! nothing motivates me more than seeing results... i can see tat my tummy is getting smaller and less visible... butt also getting smaller... haha... i everyday also look at myself in the mirror to compare... i am in love with myself!
i can only say... i have more to go... have to work hard this mth to see even more results in myself...
