Training on my own for the 1st time!

yesterday trained alone for the 1st time... without kevin by my side... can said tat i am a bit lost, panicked a bit cos i dunno wat the weights to use...

no choice, gotta go back office work on sat whole day tat i have to cancel my training... haiz... went to the gym early b4 i go back office since its nearby only... no excuse of not going at all... :p was not feeling very well but still went ahead to the gym... was very empty with a few pple ard only... ya, can count by my 10 fingers... haha... some were at the treadmills and machines... none at the free weights and only 1 guy with his trainer at the stretching area...

did some warm up and proceeded to the stretching area with my green band n do my stuff... saw the guy with his trainer, his trainer was helping him with some stretching... went over to the free weights there since nobody is at there... felt less stressed like tat... did my squats 1st... went over for deadlifts then... started with 30lbs... not very heavy... then changed to 40lbs... wanna take the 50lbs, but then its at the top rack! freaking difficult to shift it down given my height... :( so i sticked with 40lbs for the remaining 2 sets... by this time, i gained some pple's attention on me... one of them was a personal trainer sitting at his desk doing some paper wall... from the mirror i know he is looking at me... then there was this guy with his trainer was like wow! then was another lady with his trainer who a bit freaked out and din wanna use her dumb bells and train... hmm... weirdz sia... one of the lady was complaining to the trainer tat her thighs ached! i know the feeling! i know! she said it was very aching and she dunno y... she was actually doing something which i totall dunno wats tat and it has to do with legs lor... when her thighs ached, i wanna said, u gotta foam roll! she went over with her trainer to the stretching area and the trainer used a ball n rub or roll for her... hmm... y dun they just teach their clients on how to do so tat they learn?

the lats is too high up for me to reach sia... gave up on tat cos when i tried bringing it down, my shoulder pain! went to do the rowing thing, which i like a lot... haha... lastly was bench press... then went for my hiit... 3 cycles only and i wanna puked already... no more strength to continue... haha... tired sia...

shall do better the next time round...
