New Diet Plan for the week!

not muchie improvements in my weight loss... perhaps the whole of last week ate a lot of sinful things!!! i hate it a lot when i am on the regime, yet its disrupted... i loss weight... and now i gained a bit back...

go with the team bonding, chalets n bbq, i am not joining u gers for all these... no clubbing n dinner for me on fri nite... sorrie, label me as anti social... it takes a lot of hard work for me to shed off the fats... u all din see how hard i have to push myself when i go gym nowadays... will join u all once i am satisfied with my weight... :p

New diet:
Morning breakfast - either protein shake or fruits or charsiew/ chicken bao (peel all the skin out, just eat the meat)
Morning tea break - nuts or eggs
Lunch - chicken chop or herbal chicken or duck meat (just found this shop selling sliced duck meat) and vegetables...
Lunch break - nuts or eggs
Dinner - chicken chop or bbq chicken or bbq chicken wings

sat n sun will take a lot of fruits and vegetables...

kev, if u see this post, do let me know whether can i eat coleslaw... :p cos western good alwaz come with beans n coleslaw... can eat tat? thanks ya...

Went for steamboat again!

this noon went for steamboat again... at chong qing zheng zhong ma lai huo guo...
noon has lesser crowd... food is equally as good... so i guessed i would prefer steamboat lunchie than dinner... haha...

ate little than usual cos perhaps gastric... so no appetite to eat muchie... however, i still ate a lot of prawns!!! :p prawns is my fav, cannot dun eat... haha... i realised something at chong qing there... the luncheon meat is very nice... dunno y... its just a bit different from wat we usually ate... haha...

seems like the tables ard me really can eat a lot... haha... went for 3 rounds only and i am full... dunno y feel soo full also cos ate little things only... :p many pple ate a lot of crabs!!! i am soo lazy to peel the crabs lor... so rather not eat cos soo messy n hard... prawns is good enuff for me... and they r quite big n fresh! good!

though now got a bit of tummy ache, but will still go there for steamboat again... haha... was wondering should i give ting yuan and xian de lai a try next time... :p

for $18 nett at chong qing, its really good!

My fitness level!

i think my fitness level is real low... haiz... went training today... not as good...
despite training at fitness first, seems like there is not muchie improvements...

its time for me to go gym almost everyday instead of just once or twice only... cannot be anymore lazy!!! just tat at times i feel tat i am the only person at gym tat is practicing on my own stuff... i will feel paiseh! haha... tmr i am going to buy the strength band!!! need to train up my strength... then i am going to do my deadlifts and squats everyday for 20 times, slowly increase... :)

did something new today in the gym... hmm... dumbbell row! i kinda like this... i can practice at home by borrowing my bro's dumbbell... hee... but his is heavy! :p

homework for the week: dun forget to do the new side bridge... ah, tats really very aching...

Happy Birthday Mummy!

its my mama birthday on 28th may... :)

went to imm ajisen for dinner cos mum loves the ramen there... after dinner, went to giant shopping... din bought muchie stuff... mum went to daiso bought some tidbits... i dun like any at all...

then suggested to go guardian to look at skincare... quite a lot of brands at imm guardian... went to kose n look ard... items were ex and could not find a staff to explain to us... went on to other counter brands but was not very impressive at their range... went over vichy but the SA was very busy with another customer... was actually interested in La Roche Posay items... waited for quite long then its my turn riaos! asked abt the moisturiser, toner... tried on the compact foundation... wow, the shade is real good on my skin... it blends damn well... looks very natural... but still, din buy... anyway the shade is out of stock... haha... tried on the moisturiser... absorbs well... almost instantly... decided very muchie tat i am going to buy this... then enquire abt the toner... cos i really feel the need to use toner as my pores have started to look more visible on my skin... the SA poured quite a generous bit of toner on my hands... wow, its quite good... not sticky n dun smell farnie... cooling effect too... then she went on to tell us more on the products... find her knowledgeable... mum said she wanna buy something for her pigmentation... ok, i really tink mum needs tat cos her skin on the face have started to become very eneven due to the pigmentation on her cheeks... its really kinda obvious like she have 2 tones lor... the SA intro us a facial wash which can be used daily, and lighten the pigments... since its mum bday, bought tat for her as her pigmentation is casuing her some problems on her cheeks...

all of us went back home to cut cake... bought mum a cake from awfully chocolate, chocolate banana... mum loves it... went thru heavy rain to collect the cake... hope mum n my family loves the cake...

Shukodo Restaurant

yesterday was my 1st visit to this jap style marche like restaurant...
looks alike marche...

dun ask me y no pic... cos i am super mad yesterday already... dinner was at like close to 8.45pm... already hungry till gastric also pain... i din wanna go for the dinner, but then it was like team bonding, boss paying for it n wan all of us to go, so no choice, i went! but its kinda disappointing...

lets talk abt the food there...
tried quite a few dishes...
only the grilled cod fish taste the best among those i ate... 1 small piece of grilled cod fish cost $9.80... definitely not full eating this small slice...
next that is nice would be the rosti... cost $9.80...
lastly, i think the gelato is nice! and gelato is like normal standard like wat u can get from outside... $3.50 per scoop... hmm... ex rite?

there is a prticular drink i would like to recommend... its super nice i tink... 1st time tried it cos gina recommended it... ice yuzu with honey... its a drink tat have some slices of pomelo and the skin of pomelo... tink cost ard $3??? cannot remember... haha...

had other food like grilled prawns, yakitori, tempura... normal only i would say... but its not cheap lor... some of the cooks there were japanese! but standards so so only lor...

sashimi is not tat nice, so u guys can save the $$$ also... :p

total of 13 pple, total bill came to $446.05...

ask me whether will i go again... nopez, not at all...

just backie from gym!!!

weighed myself and found myself fatter by 1kg... :(

might be water retention as i have not been drinking a lot of water recently...
but no doubt, when i see myself in the mirror, tummy is smaller... lesser fats lor...

my 1st set of side bridge can last 30secs... but the 2nd set like 10secs n i gave up cos too tired on my hands...
did something like the pull up bar... dunno wats tat called... must ask kevin abt it... 10kg seems light to me... can do 1 set of 10times... next do 15kg... not as heavy as ssc 16.5kg... managed to do 1 set of 8...
went to rowing machine... soo muchie fun... but its like leisure rowing??? dun have kevin rushing me so i din really do tat fast... :p
lastly went to the cycling machine... did my hiit... faintz... level 6, i can only do 2 sets at 30:30... feel like puking so faster stop... when i get off the machine, legs were aching riaos! :(

i think fitness first is having more n more members nowadays... soo many guys n ladies engage personal trainers... hmm... morning already soo many pple crowding at the weights training side... sianz... tat means next time they r going to fight with me for the usage of the equipments? went for a walk at the resistance training side, saw a lot of alien equipments... haha... finally saw resistance bands! quite a lot wor... hmm... but then, how am i going to use it on? tie to where rehs?

while doing my stretching... got a trainer keep beo-ing me... i know i am doing the correct stretching n practicing on my own... ignore all his stares! heard him whispering to his client abt me... heck care him... :p

My sinful lunchie!!!

had a very sinful lunchie 2day... hmph!!! tmr need to go gym n workout riaos...

had lunchie at noble house with a group of colleagues for farewell lunchie...
we had dim sum at noble house... boss ordered quite a fair bit of food for us to share... every1 had a filling lunchie...

wat i ate? haha... a small bowl of century egg porridge, a small bowl of yee mee... some siew mais n har gao... 1 charsiew bun... tats all... haha...

this cost $32 per person!!! soo ex rite... hmm... feeling broke this mth already... tmr have to go gym n workout to shed off the fats!

gina commented tat i looked slimmer 2day... she said i am losing weight... yeahz! feel more motivated now to work even harder... :p

Chong Qing steamboat!

soo muchie in love with steamboat... tat i cannot resist myself...

fri went to chong qing at bugis with cailing, evelyn, meiyuan n nick... 1st time went to chongqing... was kinda surprised by the crowds... so i guessed it must have been quite good... last time walked past chong qing b4... find i so so cos perhaps i walked past the backlane... however, the food, the price, the variety, really surprised me a lot... its good... food were fresh... the prawns were damn good... mei yuan and i whacked a lot of prawns... till the plates r full with shells... haha... the rest of the pple on my table were like these 2 gers really can eat lotsa prawns... lolz... both of us love prawns... tats y we cannot resist not to eat it... its big n fresh... *yummy* the soup based were good too... had mala/tom yam and chicken soup... nice... not too spicy n salty... the meat were ok... chicken, pork n beef... service were quite prompt cos we alwaz can find pple to top our soup for us...

for a price of $18nett with free flow of drinks... its definitely cheap n good... will visit chong qing steamboat again...

Slight improvements!

haha... its abt to be 1mth since i started my diet... soo far soo good...
for myself... i can see the slight difference... i weighed myself... lose some kg... i measured myself with measuring tape, saw some inches off as well... i am happie cos my hard work paid off a bit... i know, there is more to go, a long way to go as well... most of my colleagues dun find me lose weight... i guessed, they din noticed me tat muchie... :( sat went for my training session... was soo happie tat kevin said i lose some fats on my tummy n face look slimmer... haha... i am not vain ok! finally, someone saw the slight difference already... :p

shall continue to work hard... must alwaz remember wats my initial motive when i started doing this... :)

My stuff from US!

boonie is backie in singapore! yeahz... he bought me back all my stuff... haha... soo nice of him to do so... love boonie! :p

5 bottles of bath n body works lotions in different flavours... some smells soo nice!!! however, among all, i still like my country apple the most... this scent is really soo damn nice... y r the good things discontinued??? haiz... tats y could not find any of this flavour riaos...

my levis jeans! 1 shorts and 1 ultra low cut boot jeans... its soo long... till have to cut away a lot... haha... i am a shortie i admit tat... :p all in total for levis cost me SGD70! where to find such cheap levis jeans in sg? haha... really best buy riaos...

my training today!

soo muchie fun i have!!!
doing core activation then proceed to deadlifts... just trying to improve my posture! i tot squat was something kinda easy however i tink wrongly riaos... i could not even make use of my hips to do simple things! i find it kinda stiff actually... after some training, using my hips is somewat easier riaos... haha... though i cannot do all perfectly, there r a few which were quite ok... :p i love doing this! bery fun... haha... i wanna practice deadlifts everyday at home by just training the posture... :p

oopz! have another piece of homework given by kev... doing side bridge for 15sec at least everyday! i really shuckz at this a lot... just hold maybe ard 5secs n i gave up... my hand damn aching lor... :p hope to improve on this by next week!

some weight loss!

finally went to gym on thurs to do warm up stretching, steps, cycle n hiit!
the main motive is to go the gym n use the weighing scale to see if me lose some weight... haha... yeahz! me lose 0.4kg since my clean up diet... though its bery little, soo long i see some loss, i am happie enuff to keep myself motivated n go on!

on fri me wore a dress tat me dun wear since last year oct... lolz... created some commotions in office cos my juniors said too sexy... not at all!!! but then was kinda happie... jeremy said the dress suits me nicely n can see tat me lose a bit of weight riaos cos more toned up... saw myself in the mirror... can see a bit of waist line... haha... was very happie... :p

Resisted my 1st temptation for the week!

i am glad... i din succumb to temptations... it all happened with a phone call...

while having lunchie 2day as usual, all of us gathered n have lunch n talk... suddenly, marilyn's hp rang... jingshan called up... asking them whether they wanna have their fav double vanilla latte... gina n marilyn were soo happie tat they forgot they r on diet... they asked me cos i am a tea lover (b4 me wanna go on strict diet)... i told them no!!! haha... yeahz! nothing can seems to tempt me at the moment... for now... pls, dun come tempt me ok... let me lose weight happily n successfully!

my determination, my hard work, the encouragements n help from all my butties... i shall continue to perserve n never let them down!

Clean up Diet~

its just day 2 of my cleaning up diet! y cleaning up? cos seems like i am not losing any fats after the 1kg lost... soo i had come up with something at the meantime... definitely for the 1st week, i wun have muchie problem in keeping up... for the 2nd week, i will ty my very best which i tink i can maintain it... :p

every1 is missing me at the gym! y am not working out i the gym at all? haha... partly cos i can do the exercises at the comfort of my home... :p and i dun really support the idea of working out everyday... i dunno y... if i workout 2day... i will feel tired n would wanna rest my body for the next day! i dun tink my body is fast enuff to recover in such a short span of time lor... see ya all in the gym next week! after i learn the basic of core n weight training... :)

my clean up diet consists:
morning breakfast: fruits (watermelons, rock melon, papaya)
tea beak: fruits or nuts
lunch: chicken chop without sauce n anything
tea break: fruits or nuts or eggs
tea break: eggs
dinner: chicken chop or steam fish

hoping to see some weight lose from this diet... i find it quite clean riaos... hee...

Busy!

its such a busy day at work 2day... nothing seems to go correct at work 2day... poor jeremy n regina... doing the dividends for hsbc till headache... haiz... every 3mths face such problem... find tat quite terrible to withstand... the amt of pressure n stress we r facing... who knows?
but then, now tat our daily work is more up to date, its time to start doing all the recons n problem cases again... i hate this... but other then complaining... definitely have to do! just hope tat things will turn out for the better...

esp last week n this week... weekends were supposed to be days where i can enjoy my beauty sleep n rest well.. in the end, i really could not... stressed up? ya... stressed with many things tat r occuring to me, happening in my life... i dun like it... but i guessed i have to accept it...

yesterday was mother's day! i did something in my life which i din do it ever since i grow up...
i woke up greeted my mum happy mother's day n i told her i love her... i gave her a kiss on her cheek! haha... sounds rou ma? nopez, i realised its been a long time since i ever told my mum that i love her... though thru my actions, my mum knows i love her... but i tink, to tell her directly works well too... how many of us dare to do such a thing after we grow up? guessed not a lot ba...

bought a mother's day cake for my mama on sat... she loves cake... haha... the 1 tat breadtalk was selling was damn nice! its tiramisu... can see tat they put a lot of efforts in decorating the cake... shall post the pic later on...

Resisting temptations!

how do we actually resist the temptations of eating some wonderful and yet sinful food? haha... i dunno how to resist totally but then... i am quite good at willpower... kinda hard to tempt me with certain food...

does any1 have any ideas on how to resist temptations? pls share with me ba... :D

Wrong Diet and Correcting it!

for the past few days, there is just something wrong with my diet... tats y my weight is still at a stagnant n dun see it going down...

talked to kevin didi abt it 2day... me going to make a change to my diet from the coming week onwards... no more bread for me in the morning... either have oats or fruits... will alternate with the supplement tat i am going to get... lunch and dinner stay the same... tea breaks all eggs or just some nuts...

actually, this diet is kinda easy to maintain... not muchie of a hassle... just tat will get a bit bored of the choices we have outside...

sticking to this diet for 2 weeks!!! strictly! haha...

down with red eye...

early morning woke up as usual to get ready go work... went to brush up n saw myself in the mirror... got a big shock... wat happened to my eye!!! its reddish! the red was kinda scary lor...
used water to clean my face n eye, still red... went to ask mama see my eye for me... mum said might be red eye... ask me go back to zzz n see the doc later...

went to see doc, got 2 days of mc... its eye infection... the eye lid a bit swollen though i din rub it... but doc said its swollen riaos... even eye drop n a med to relieve the itchiness... haiz... took the med riaos... now feeling sleepy... *yawnz* the eye drop makes my eye tear... a bit unbearable cos wanna cry out... all along i have sensitive eyes tats y cannot wear contact lenses... wanna get well by tmr!!!

Day 9 of my diet~

went back office 2day to work... managed to eat healthily... :D

9.30am: bread n milo...
11.30am: egg!
12.45pm: chicken herbal soup
3.30pm: egg!
5pm: wasabi peas...
7.45pm: steam cod fish!

mum made me steam cod fish... soo yummy... :D the fish very fresh n quite a lot of meat... bought this at BH factory outlet there... soo its kinda cheap... 2 pieces of decent size cod fish cost me less than $5... :p mum cook only 1/4 portion of the original size cod fish... soo can u imagine the full size of the cod fish? shall take a pic of the cod fish next time when me go buy it again... upload my cod fish dinner later... :p

was feeling sick yesterday... felt tat my diet were like junk food... haiz... nothing taste nice to me cos it taste bland... :(

9pm: baked cashew nuts...

Sick 2day!!!

finally, the flu bug hit me...
yesterday morning woke up a bit flu riaos... haha... but still heck care n went out as per normal... this morning, could not wake up for work... feeling lethargic lor... no choice, but went to see my family doctor... wow... nowadays even seeing a soc cost me soo muchie... just a few med $56 gone... hmm... everything rising, including medical costs ah...

my 1st attempt to boil my own eggs failed... it turned out tat the whites were too soft n the yolk was just nice... haiz... gotta try again next time!

stayed at home nothing muchie to do... just surf net n chat on msn... soo sianz... watched the legend of the water sea horse... wow... not a bad story... its a bit sad n me cried towards the end of the story... sometimes, i guessed, human beings r the worst creatures in this world... they lack sympathy for some n others...

later going to giant n buy some groceries... mama wanna cook dinner 2nite... and i dun have muchie appetite to eat anything... taste bland... :p

i know! i am having either fillet or pork chop for dinner! cos the other day bought a lot... haha...
either also taste yummy! since i have the time 2day... going learn some cooking from mama... :D

Day 7 of my diet~

just backie from bugis… the weather is really bery hot!!! how to tahan such hot weather???
went bugis to pray… boughted cashew nuts… the almond nuts not nice 1! no taste at all… went to try out the different liquid foundations… hmm… took a sample from ettusais… last time use the lf, so so only… however this time the sa told me the coverage is better and she gave me a sample to try… if its not bad, shall stick to this brand then… :p also tried out diorsnow… not bad… however felt its a bit sticky…

went to eat bah kut teh for lunchie… not bery crowded and found a table quite fast… after buying all the stuff… head back home… weather is really too hot riaos…

9.30am: dried prawn beehoon mee and iced milo
2pm: bah kut teh (just the meat and the soup)
5pm: ABC soup (mummy cooked for me to drink 1… yummy! love it!)

Day 6 of my diet~

early morning wake up early… cos we going to bishan there to pray… its my grandpa death anniversary… time past soo fast… its been a few years since grandpa left us… i love my grandpa… for which he is a very nice n loving grandpa… when i was young, grandpa alwaz bring my bro n i go to the see saw n have fun… lotsa fun memories i have with my grandpa… i remembered grandpa was a good cook! he made nice yummy chilli crabs… its very nice… :( i can no longer taste wat my grandpa alwaz cook for us… i have never tot tat my grandpa would leave us soo early… he was still soo young then… i still tink of my grandpa every now n then…

7.30am: fried beehoon mee with egg, hotdog and milo
12.30pm: fried vegetarian beehoon mee with curry vegetables
3.30pm: pear
4.30pm: cashew nuts
5.30pm: 3 spoons of rice with pork, fried fish n miso soup

Day 5 of my diet~

its a working day!!! arghz… how come dun have long weekends? anyway took 1/2 day noon off to spend some time with dear… morning went office to clear some stuff and make sure urgent things r settled else mon go back work, its going to be as shitty… whole office like in holiday mood… haha… none really feels like working… we r all slacking here n there and its even better for me cos time past soo fast… went to tabao lunchie with gina n jeremy… cos gina wanna try the chicken herbal soup or yao cai ji… for $5, u get 1/2 chicken and soup… hmm… sounds quite reasonable n will be full after the meal… the soup quite nice too…

7.30am: 2 eggs
9.30am: Bread and milo
11.30am: cashew nuts
1.30pm: chicken herbal soup
5.30pm: grilled dory fish and water chestnut drink…
talking abt this cashew nuts from camel… its baked cashew nuts… quite nice… of cos not as nice as roasted 1… haha… but then bought from watson… its soo damn ex!!! giant selling for less than $4…

Day 4 of my diet~

today is labour day! (oopz, this posting should be on labour day)…
had been quite busy lately till not muchie time to blog… haha…
9am: vegetarian beehoon and milo
12.30pm: 1 sliced of fruits and nuts bread with skimmed milk
4.30pm: bbq steamboat!

its definitely a hot day! the weather was soo damn hot tat me was sweating even at home playing mahjong lor! was waiting for dear to come soo meanwhile just have a round or 2 with mum n dad… soon time for dinner! it was yummy… bet everyone enjoyed the dinner… :)
was soo tired tat din online after dinner… had a tiring day… just laze on my bed watching tv n time to go sleep… still gotta work the next day… *yawnz*

just how long more can i stand this dieting rehs? dunno… but definitely, going to try my very best…
did some measurements… haiz…

8.30am: bread and 2 pieces of biscuits with milo
10am-11.30am: PT with kev didi
1pm: chicken chop for lunch, coleslaw and xiao bai cai
4.30pm: cashew nuts
7pm: steamboat with lotsa mushrooms, prawns and meat!

was planning steamboat dinner on tat nite and lance suggested this place for steamboat… none of us tried b4 so might as well give it a try ba… for the price of $15 nett, would say this is definitely not bad… food is fresh… the crabs n prawns were good! the prawns were good cos i love prawns soo muchie! had a lot of mushrooms till i tink the soup becomes mushroom soup… haha…
would definitely go back to this place… its cheap n yummy!

Day 2 of my diet~

managed to woke up early 2day even though feeling sleepy n tired… heard mama busy in the kitchen… should be preparing the eggs for me to tabao… thanks mama… i love u… *shy*
woke up early to go gym… as been slacking over the weekends… as usual, not muchie pple at the gym having their workout… just went to the stationery bike for my 3mins HIIT… hmm… surprised tat my legs aint aching tat bad… dun even feel any ache… wonder izzit me done it incorrectly? gotta ask kev tmr… after my HIIT, went to the stretching station for my stretches… taught marilyn how to do her breathing n pelvic stabilisation… its quite good tat i am able to control my breathing thru nose better now… i guess i am able to do this when i am totally relaxed… did 3 sets of 20 together with the pelvic stabilisation (10 for each leg)… legs dun feel tat ache as well… hmm… pelvic stabilisation is supposed to train my stability… me tried standing on a single leg… hmm… will move left n right after a while! lolz… i guessed i need more training here…

went out to tabao lunch earlier… weather seems cooling so we tot might as well go out tabao… just as we reached downstairs, i noticed the floor seems like got droplets here n there? just when me said, the rain started to pour though its small rain… haha… we hurried back to the reception counter to borrow umbrella… me bought herbal chicken for lunchie! 1/2 side chicken… $5! taste yummy! the soup was nice too but me dun dare to dink muchie… :p

Day 2:
Breakfast: a slice of cake n milo
Tea break after gym: 6 bites of cheese bread n water
Tea break before lunch: Egg
Lunch: Herbal chicken soup
Tea Break: Egg and nuts
Dinner: Fish soup
sugar must work hard to shed off the fats!

Day 1 of my diet~

come to tink of it… my salad n fruits diet previously was failing… ate tat for abt 3weeks n dun find anything helpful to my weight etc… instead it makes me more hungry than usual n wanna find something to really make me feel full… :p

soo yesterday can be considered the 1st day of my strict diet! keeping a small food diary here to remind myself wat to eat and wat not to eat… thanks a lot to kev didi for the patience… been bugging him whole day! :p

Food for the Day!
9.30am: Breakfast time, just had a small bread n milo (know tat bread is a carb as well, so must avoid if can)
11am: Had a hardboiled egg!
1pm: Chicken chop for lunchie! No sauce at all… haha… gave my buns, coleslaw and fries to my colleagues, they were soo happie… lolz…
3.30pm: had a sliced of watermelon…
5pm: had a few baked cashew nuts bought from camel… quite nice wor… though roasted 1 taste better…
7.30pm: chicken chop for dinner! No sauce but ate with coleslaw… :p gave the rest to mama… she finished all… lolz…
after dinner… feel soo full… just sat down to surf net… feels tired cos din get to sleep well on sunday nite…

work hard!

My Diet Regime~

this is wat i am going to do for the next 1mth… practically almost everyday! i have the support of my butties to perserve on this…

Exercise everyday:just some stretching, practice on my breathing, cycling on stationery bit and do HIIT. will do some hula hopping also…

Diet:Morning - a bread with milo or milktea break - egg
Lunch - meat n veg! can be steam cod fish, chicken chop or chicken breat meat from chicken rice stall, boil my own broccoli everyday.
tea break - fruits! hmm… apple, papaya or watermelon. just 1 slice only…
Dinner - same as my lunch
last snack b4 sleep - a glass of milk or cereal
will slowly progress to weight training… :)

wat am i going to achieve for this 2008? hmm... 1st of all, let me shed off some kgs ba... wanna diet n exercise... got kev didi helping me in this area... thanks ya! in this area, i have a common goal with biaos... we r cheering for each other n supporting each other... :)
