Diet Plan and Exercise Plan for coming week!

this is wat i am going to adopt...
diet plan has sort of become part of my life riaos... everyday thinking of other alternative food etc... haha... and alwaz revised my plan to perhaps see a bit of results...

Morning: fruits
Tea break: Nuts, alternate with eggs on other days.
Afternoon: Chicken chop, alternate with bah kut teh and chicken herbal soup
Tea break: fruits or eggs or nuts (limit to only 1 serving of nuts per day)
Dinner: Chicken chop, alternate with bah kut teh or fish soup

Exercise Plan:
without kev, i tink i am just an idiot ba... :(
going to exercise on my own on days without training... tentatively, mon and thurs during lunchie time at fitness first... or after work at jurong west sports complex...
1. deadlifts - 2 reps of 10 at 10kg
2. chest press - 2 reps of 10 at 1kg
3. squats - 2 reps of 10
4. lats - 2 reps of 10. 1st rep at 18kg, 2nd rep at 23kg... (23kg seems very heavy for me...)
5. lunges - 1 rep of 10 for both legs
6. finish off with HIIT on cycling machine or rowing machine...

Homework:
side bridge as usual, one leg squat... this is fun... haha... but tough!
the pigu exercise with green band...
practice my form for deadlift using stick...
