My Diet from Mon to Thurs!

me diet for this week had been very clean... yeahz... quite happie tat i am doing ok... :p

Mon
Breakfast: Meal Replacement
Tea Break: Nuts (few pieces only)
Lunch: Herbal Chicken Soup with vegetables
Tea Break: Fruits (Watermelon and pear)
Dinner: Fish Soup

Tues
Breakfast: Meal Replacement
Tea Break: -
Lunch: Chicken chop with vegetables
Tea Break: Fruits (Honeydew and rock melon)
Dinner: Bak Kut Teh soup

Wed
Breakfast: Meal Replacement
Tea Break: Nuts (few pieces only)
Lunch: Chicken Herbal soup with vegetables
Tea Break: Fruits (Rock melon and pear)
Dinner: Fish soup

Thurs
Breakfast: Meal Replacement
Tea Break: Fruits (Honeydew and rock melon)
Lunch: Bak Kut Teh soup with vegetables
Tea Break: Nuts (few pieces only)
Dinner: Zhu Zha soup

measured my waist 2day... dropped to 29inch... yeahz... :p
can wear both my levis jeans riaos... haha...
have to keep up with this... :)
