Aching now!

this morning training with kev really tiring sia... did a lot of things... wow, till i cannot also remember the names of the things tat i did... but definitely, it made me sweat a lot! now, muscles aching... my hamstring feels ok 2day... have not been feeling very stretch cos i am doing 2 sets of 10 at home everyday... i love the feeling of the tightened hamstring... :p now is shoulders and hands aching... biceps a bit too... so my hands r feeling weak 2day... haha...

but i am loving 2day session... did a lot of things n b4 i realised, the time is up! i used 1hr to do so many things! i feel tired... but then i felt more energised... more to go!

did i say? i can wear the levis hot pants riaos! yeahz! i am soo happie now... hee... :p
